Make Your Own Baby Shower Guest Book

Make Your Own Baby Shower Guest Book

You can make your own Baby Shower Guest Book by using the free printable Baby Shower Guest Book pages that accompany this article! All you need is computer paper or card stock to make a cute guest book, that will also be very functional (and help Mommy-to-Be with her thank-you cards!).

There are enough pages for up to 20 guests. As your guests arrive, ask them to fill in their name and address, along with the gift they've brought. There's even a section where they can leave a short message! Once the guest book is filled out, it will have all the information needed so that Mommy-to-Be can send a thank-you card. This eliminates the problem of trying to keep track of who gave what gift during the time that the gifts are being opened.

The guest book pages match the motif of the Baby Shower Invitations and use the clipart that is free to download and offered exclusively by Mom's Break. The Baby Shower Thank You Cards that are available as free printables offered by Jan's Reading Room use this same motif, so that everything you need for your baby shower matches! (For the invitations and other baby shower party planning materials, go to "Having a Baby Shower? It's As Easy As 1-2-3" at:

Making the Baby Shower Guest Book

You have two options:

  • Print on 8x11-1/2" computer paper (or card stock, which is a slightly heavier paper), punch holes, and put in a three-ring binder.

  • Print on 8x11-1/2" computer paper (or card stock), and put into a clipboard.

As the guests arrive, ask them to complete one section of the guest book.

Using the Guest Book for Writing Thank You Cards

Give the guest book to Mommy-to-Be after the Baby Shower. You can also give her the matching Baby Shower Thank You Cards, or you can give her the link so that she can print them herself (the cards are quarter-fold format, will print on 8x11-1/2" computer paper, and fit into A6 size envelopes).

All the information that Mommy-to-Be needs to write personal thank you cards is right in the Baby Shower Guest Book! This makes it easy for her to send the cards after the baby shower---and before the baby arrives!
